The Aerospace Corporation	On June 25, 1960, Lt. Gen. Bernard Schriever of the U.S. Air Force Ballistic Missile Division headquarters in El Segundo, Calif., announced the formation of The Aerospace Corporation, a unique nonprofit corporation that would serve the Air Force in the scientific and technical planning and management of its missile space programs. Since then, The Aerospace Corporation has assisted the military and intelligence communities in the development and acquisition of the nation's critical defense space assets. The Aerospace Corporation also applies decades of experience in space hardware and software to civil and commercial space ventures. The Aerospace federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) provides scientific and engineering support for launch, space, and related ground systems. It also provides the specialized facilities and continuity of effort required for programs that often take decades to complete. This end-to-end involvement reduces development risks and costs, and allows for a high probability of mission success.
Alliant Technologies, Inc. (ATK)	Alliant Technologies, Inc., (ATK) provides innovative and cost-effective launch systems solutions to a broad range of customers. It serves both commercial and government aerospace and defense companies including NASA, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and U.S. Missile Defense Agency. ATK’s Reusable Solid Rocket Motors (RSRM) and Booster Separation Motors recently performed flawlessly in NASA’s STS-123 Space Shuttle Endeavour launch. The upcoming Constellation activities will involve developmental engineering for the Ares launch vehicles, and ATK will provide timely and direct support to the NASA Constellation Program office for the launch vehicle systems for which ATK is responsible. In addition to space launch vehicles, ATK Launch Systems also is a lead manufacturer of strategic missiles and missile defense interceptors. The company currently employs 17,000 people in 21 states.
Anardarko Industries	Anardarko Industries (AI) is a small U.S. Business Administration (SBA) certified Native American tribal owned 8/a company, thereby also classified as a small disadvantaged business. The majority owner of AI is a member of the Wichita and affiliated Native American tribe. AI is bidding on government solicitations and pursuing opportunities as a subcontractor to provide government technical services. AI core competencies include engineering, design and development manufacturing, facility management, reformation technology, configuration management, logistics and staffing services.
ARES Aerospace & Technology Services	ARES is a full service engineering firm specializing in Architecture and Specialty Equipment Design that includes work on high-risk projects coupled with "risk engineering" and integrated management; Risk Management that includes reliability engineering, probabilistic/deterministic analysis, fault tree analysis, RCA and uncertainty analysis. ARES specializes in Project Management to include integrated risk-based projects, schedule and cost management, cost/benefit analysis, strategic planning, and project/program controls. Astrium North America, Inc.	Astrium North America, Inc. serves our markers supporting the development of vehicles, equipment and services necessary to maintain and extend human presence in space. Key programs of interest include the International Space Station Program and the Space Transportation System. Astrium NA works closely with the parent company, Astrium GmbH, with customers, and with suppliers to identify unique European technology and products that can be adapted to enhance these programs. Barrios Technology	Barrios Technology provides Engineering, Training, and Information Technology solutions to the aerospace industry. Engineering services include real-time console support, training/simulation, systems engineering, and mission operations. Training services include lesson design/development and instructor training/certification. Raytheon Technical Services Company	Raytheon’s Aerospace Engineering Services (AES) has enjoyed a rich history of supporting NASA’s space flight training since 1962, when employees helped train the Gemini astronauts. Since then AES has developed each critical mission simulator for each NASA manned space program including Apollo, Skylab, Spacelab, the Space Shuttle, and the International Space Station. AES designs and develops complex simulators that replicate real-world space vehicle performance. The simulations are coupled with an interactive crew station, real-world flight software, instructor stations, and interfaces to various ground controller stations. In this configuration, instructors take the flight and ground crews through a multitude of mission rehearsals.
SAIC	SAIC’s Assurance Engineering Operation supports the Space Shuttle and International Space Station Programs; airborne remote sensors research and development; expendable launch vehicle operations; and advanced programs and projects such as the 2nd generation reusable launch vehicle, and Mars exploration. In addition to their government contracts, SAIC offers a wide range of assurance engineering services to commercial clients in the aerospace, semi-conductor equipment, medical device manufacturing, petrochemical, and offshore drilling technology sectors.
S&K Technologies, Inc.	S&K Technologies, Inc. is an information technology firm owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. S&K offers end to end, mission critical information technology solutions. Southwest Airport Services	Since 1985, Southwest Services has become the premiere fixed base operator (FBO) among Houston’s airports offering 24-hour / 7 days a week full service fuel and line service from the smallest private, piston-engined aircraft to the largest turbine-powered corporate jets and everything in-between. In 2004, a state-of-the-art facility was built with the corporate traveler and flight crew in mind, which includes a first class executive passenger lounge, separate flight crew lounge, complete flight planning/weather center, high speed, wireless internet throughout the facility, crew cars, snooze rooms and an experienced staff that can assist with hotel reservations, transportation needs, catering and more. Universities Space Research Association-USRA	The Universities Space Research Association (USRA) is dedicated to advancing space sciences and exploration through innovative research, technology, and educational programs. USRA accomplishes this mission by providing a collaborative membership organization where universities and other research organizations may cooperate effectively with each other, with the United States government, and other entities to develop knowledge associated with space science and technology. USRA is the largest association of universities working on space science and technology in the world.
