Service Matrix

Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership’s five-year strategic plan for 2012 – 2016 presents a framework for regional economic development.  Since its founding in 1976, BAHEP has evolved into the regional leader in economic development, recognized for its ability to address issues and promote business as well as being trusted to create alliances.

Dramatically changing demographics, expanding industry clusters, more local government members, and business uncertainties have created greater expectations for an array of BAHEP services and engagement.

This downloadable table illustrates BAHEP’s service matrix which is correlated to its strategic plan. The table encompasses services and products related to business development, strategic alliances, policy advocacy, and communities and quality of life.
